Putnam’s Sons in 1969, this is a new revised edition, so stated. The book is a hard cover with a dust jacket measuring 5½ x 8¼ inches with 168 pages. The book is in very good gently used condition with some wear, mostly to the dust jacket along the edges, the corners and the top of the spine; flipping through quickly the pages looked clean and unmarked except a small shop label pasted on the interior flap of the dust jacket.
