“The Gourmet Foods Cookbook” subtitled “152 Fabulous Recipes for the Gourmet.” Published by the Culinary Arts Institute in 1955, the booklet is a soft cover measuring 6 x 8¾ inches with 68 pages. It is in good condition but the covers have completely come off from the rest of the cookbook, the pages are all clean and unmarked.
