The cookbook is in fair to good gently used condition with wear to the covers particularly around the edges, the pages are unmarked, flipping through they all looked clean but some pages have been folded as markers for favorite recipes.

It also includes recipes for special occasions including Weddings, Anniversaries, and Birthdays. It has 2000 recipes from across the country, handed down from generation to generation, favorites families ask for again and again. Contributors are named.
