Compiled by Barbara Dybala and Helen Macik of the Historical Society of the Czech Club in Dallas, Texas, it was published in 1980. The cookbook is a plastic-comb spiral bound soft cover measuring 6¼ x 9 inches with 251 pages. The cookbook is in good gently used condition with wear and creases to the covers as well as damage to two of the plastic combs on the spine, flipping through quickly, the pages appear to be clean and unmarked.
