“I Apologize” a sad love song from 1931 with words and music by Al Hoffman, Al Goodhart and Ed Nelson. Champ Butler was basically a “B” list crooner, sadly never quite making the first team with Guy, Frankie, Tony etc. But people today appreciate his golden tone, and are sure to enjoy a look back at this, one of over 60 singles he released in the 1950’s.
