“KLEM Cook Book” compiled by Mercedes Moir for KLEM radio, Le Mars, Iowa. This is Volume Two, all contributors are named. I think this might be from the 1950’s, Paul Olson is listed as the manager of the FM station, I do know that he bought the station in the 1960’s. The cookbook is a plastic-comb spiral bound soft cover measuring 6¼ x 9 inches with 215 pages. It is in good used condition with some wear to the covers, the pages are clean and unmarked except for a few that have stains, also there is an inscription on the first page.

KLEM radio is a fixture in Plymouth County in Iowa, this is a community cookbook filled with family classics reflecting both the British and Dutch heritage of the area, contributors are named.
