“Prize Recipes of Clarkrange” cookbook. Compiled by members of the Mary Chapter #11 O.E.S. Order of the Eastern Star, Clarkrange, Tennessee. I am not sure when this was printed, but it was before 1989, as I looked up some of the names, and there were obituaries as early as 1989. The cookbook is a plastic-comb spiral bound soft cover measuring 6 x 9 inches with 48 pages. It is in very good used condition with slight wear / stains to the covers, the pages are clean and unmarked.

This book has recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation. All contributors are named.
