“Sea Food Cookery” subtitled “A Complete Handbook for Every Kind of Fish Cooking, with Menus and Suggestions for Serving” by Lily Haxworth Wallace. Published by Blue Ribbon Books in 1944, this is a reprint edition from 1949. The cookbook is a hard cover measuring 6½ x 9¼ inches with 180 pages. It is in very good used condition, the pages are clean and unmarked but it does have writing on the inside of the front cover.
In addition to many great fish recipes, the cookbook contains tips on preparing fish for cooking as well as various methods to cook fish.
