“Suncoast Seasons” cookbook. Compiled and published by the Dunedin Youth Guild, Inc., in 1984, the cookbook is a first printing, so stated. The cookbook is a plastic-comb spiral bound soft cover measuring 6 x 9 inches with 430 pages. It is in very good used condition, the pages are clean and unmarked.
A community cookbook featuring recipes from Southern Florida handed down from generation to generation, contributors are named. Some of the recipes included are: Mushroom Piroshkis, Galopita, Italian Nut Delights, Cold Avocado Crab Soup, The Weatherman’s Pound Cake, Honeyscotch Sundae Sauce, and Scallops Amandine.
